Working out at home has always been a bit of a puzzle. Can you really get your sweat on in the same place you eat dinner? The answer is YES! But get ready for more than a few jumping jacks. Like any new schedule, it takes work to perfect your at-home workout routine. You need to have the space, the equipment, and the discipline to get your booty off the couch and onto that yoga mat. We’ve all tried (and most of us have failed) more than one new “workout at home” method.

There’s always a reason that these new routines are hard. When even one element of your workout is a little off, motivation starts to decrease at a rapid pace. But unlike IRL group fitness classes, there’s no instructor in a hot yoga studio pushing you to hold that new pose for 10 seconds longer. Or, how do you know if your form is correct? Home workouts generally don’t have a friendly expert (no, YouTube doesn’t count) on standby to answer your questions. So many questions, so few answers!

When you subscribe to a creator, you’ll be the first to see their new programs. Following one of these programs helps you stay focused on completing your goal (one workout at a time). Have a question about the program? Send your instructor a DM, they’re always ready to help.

While we’re confident that our creators’ home workout routines will build your core strength, we also know that nutrition and exercise work hand-in-hand to bring you the best home wellness routine. What’s the biggest thing home workouts often miss out on? The social factor of IRL group fitness classes. Flinging sweat on the person next to you in spin class may be SO 2019, but high-fiving everyone after finishing a killer circuit does bring good vibes to exercise.
