Once you have found a creator (or creators!) you want to train with, tap the star in the upper right-hand corner to save them to your favorites. You can also get notifications from your favorite creators, so you never miss a new workout!
Playbook creators offer a variety of content, including sport training videos, full-body yoga flows, gym circuits, and so much more. You can choose to train in the gym, at home, or on the practice field.
Creators offer categories and programs designed to fit your schedule — no matter how much time you have available — and meet your training goals. Beyond workout videos, classes, and programs, you have access to nutrition guides and other complimentary wellness guides to help you in your fitness journey.
Here are the different content offerings you’ll find:
Programs: Workouts organized into weeks or days are called programs, for example, a “4-Week Shred Program”, “6-Week At Home Program”, or “30 Day Shooting Challenge.”
Categories: Workouts are organized into categories that focus on one body part, type of equipment, or workout style. For example, “Yoga Flows,” “HIIT Workouts,” or “Core Exercises.” Categories are best for those who want to pick and choose their workouts.
Challenges: Similar to programs, but challenges have entry rules and prizes for winners. For example, a “4-Week Ab Challenge” or “14-Day Bikini Body Challenge.”
Insights: Creators include complimentary nutrition guides with meal plans and recipes. Check out a creator’s Insights tab to find everything you need to succeed in your wellness journey.
Message your favorite creators using the direct messaging feature in the app to introduce yourself.

Schedule a Workout: Set reminders to help you stay on track with your goals! Tap the bell icon on a workout, which will prompt you to set a date and time to schedule your workout. Make sure your notifications for Playbook are on, and you’ll get notified when it’s time to sweat.
