I'm Aaron, and this is my story

Hey there! I'm Aaron, a former D1 & Professional Athlete, and Athletic Training Specialist. I was undersized, at 160lbs in my senior year of high school with zero athletic scholarship offers. I walked on in college at the bottom of the depth chart. I became a division 1 football starter and a basketball player at 5’10”, 210 lbs. I also became a USA Bobsled Athlete and USA 7’s Rugby development Athlete all before a career-ending impact knee injury during the 2014 football season, sidelining me indefinitely.

Looking for “knee solutions”, I became a part of the ATG coaching community and discovered what I consider to be the foundational principles and building blocks of human ability — this is where Block Method, the Structural Balance Blueprint, and Athletic Range Formula was born.

Now, I have created an exact roadmap for anyone to measurably gain more ability and achieve their Athletic and Aesthetic “sweet spot” - ideal body composition and ideal range!
