About this Challenge
My 6 week “End of Summer Sweat Challenge” is all about feeling our best. The goals of this challenge are to build muscle, lose fat, and build confidence in and out of the gym. There are 4 strength training sessions each week with an optional cardio sweet challenge on the 5th day! You’ll find ab exercises and supersets to keep these workouts challenging and fun! The challenge comes in a gym version or a dumbbell only version (or switch between the two if needed). I am so excited you are here!!

Focusing on healthy habits and moving our body tends to lead to physical transformations! However, the winners of this challenge will not be judged by their body transformation. Instead, you can win by:
