About the challenge
Join us for the next 6 weeks as we build a consistent routine, train hard, and learn how to make it a lifestyle. The focus of this Challenge is to feel strong, healthy, and confident. The workout split is 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days. The goal is for you to make it work best for your lifestyle. If you need to reduce the amount of workouts, I’m here to help! The workouts include a gym version and a dumbbell only version. Whether you workout at the gym or from home, there are workouts for you!

When the challenge comes to an end, make sure before/after photos are complete, and submit the healthy habits you've gained throughout the challenge
