About the challenge

This New Year's Challenge is all about feeling our best and starting 2023 strong! The goals of this challenge are to build lean muscle, lose fat, and gain confidence in and out of the gym. Each week there are 4 strength training sessions with an optional 5th workout. The workouts are a mix of challenging and fun, while still being simple and effective. There is a gym version and a home dumbbell-only version of the challenge. Let's get started!!

Focusing on healthy habits and moving our body tends to lead to physical transformations! If you have physique goals, that is totally ok! However, the winners of this challenge will not be judged by their body transformation, but rather on their engagement and dedication to the challenge.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then download the app to access the workouts. If you already have my app, you'll have access to the challenge automatically. However, if you want to be considered for prizes make sure you sign up and submit your photos and healthy habits.

Submit before & after photos

Please upload a before photo at the start and an after photo when the challenge ends to show the growth! Remember to also submit the healthy habits and non-scale benefits you've gained as a result of the challenge.
