About the challenge

Introducing our 2025 New Year’s Challenge:

YOUR YEAR

Join us for 6 weeks while we start the year off strong! We will be focusing on progress not perfection. The workout split is designed to include two lower body days, two upper body days, cardio and core.

This challenge is totally adaptable to your lifestyle. If you need to reduce the number of workouts, I'm here to help! You get both a gym version and a dumbbell-only version of the workouts, making it easy to workout at home or the gym.

Let us take the guesswork out of your fitness journey. We know this is going to be Your Year.

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then download the app to access the workouts. If you are already subscribed to my app, you'll have access to the challenge automatically.

Submit before & after photos

Please upload a before photo at the start (no later than Sun, Jan 7th) and an after photo when the challenge ends (no later than Sun, Feb 18th) to show the growth! Remember to also submit the healthy habits and non-scale benefits you've gained as a result of the challenge.
