About the challenge
Are you looking to build a consistent workout routine, train hard, and make it a lifestyle? Join us for six weeks and focus on feeling strong, healthy, and confident. The workout split is designed to include two lower body days, two upper body days, and an optional cardio day, and it's adaptable to your lifestyle. If you need to reduce the number of workouts, we're here to help! You can choose between a gym version and a dumbbell-only version of the workouts, making it easy to work at home or the gym. Let's get started!
