Holiday Pregame Transformation Challenge
For the next 5 weeks, you will follow a workout program that is designed to help you shed weight, build lean muscle, and improve your overall weight training skills. My goal is to prepare you for this holiday season by toning up, building strength, and feeling your absolute best! I’ve put together workouts that incorporate both bodyweight exercises and weight training using just dumbbells.
- You will need a set of light dumbbells (5-8lb) and a set of heavy dumbbells (10-15lb).
- You will also need a single dumbbell that is your heaviest, or most challenging, squatting weight (35-65lb).
- The program will be consistent each week, with an increase in squatting weight to grow and shape your booty!
- This gives you the opportunity to not only sculpt and tone overall, but to also see growth in your glutes.
- Each week, it is important to follow the program and also the AP FIT nutrition guide in my app to guarantee the best results!
