All you need to do is be subscribed to my app and start following the programmed workouts in this 4 week challenge!

Each week you will be completing a total of 5 workouts that help you strengthen and tone your core.

Tag me at @simplymander on IG at least 1x a week so that I can see you rocking it and share your hard work!

Submit before and after photos (optional)

Submitting progress photos is totally optional but a fun way to track your progress! If you choose to submit, before photos are due by January 3rd and after photos are due by February 4th.
