About the challenge

Bulletproof is an exclusive 8-week training program and transformation challenge. All entrants into the challenge will follow the same program to see who can accomplish the biggest transformation. A winner will be announced 1-2 weeks after the challenge ends.

Questions & Answers

This challenge is sold as a one-time purchase therefore you own it forever and have unlimited access. The challenge is only available on the Playbook app which is available for download on iOS and Android.
It is recommended to have access to a full gym, but can also be modified using minimal equipment at home such as: a light and heavy pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench/box or something to step up onto.
Each exercise within the app has a video and exercise description. If you are still questioning your form, you can email my team at support@playbookapp.io.
This program can be done by anyone from beginner to advanced. As a beginner, some exercises may be challenging — you can substitute by doing fewer reps, using lighter weights or resistance bands, or taking longer rest time.
