You will receive 5 new workouts each week. We will be focusing on full body workouts to target each muscle. These workouts are carefully designed to utilize a variety of training methods and styles to give the body guessing. They will be effective and will help you see amazing results.

🥇 How to win

  • I will choose the three winners based on a combination of social media engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted. Make sure to hold a sign saying “BACK AT IT+ date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!).

✍️ How to enter

Make sure you have my app

Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "Back At It" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

Submit before & after photos

Submit before photos by Sunday, Sept. 18 and after photos by Sunday, Oct. 15. You'll find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
