You will receive 5 new workouts each week. We will be focusing on full body workouts to target each muscle. These workouts are carefully designed to utilize a variety of training methods and styles to give the body guessing. They will be effective and will help you see amazing results.
Don't forget to engage in the community on the app and tag me @AubrieEdgington on Instagram using #trainwithaubrie so I can keep up with your progress. This will also enter you into winning prizes throughout the challenge!

🥇 How to win

I will choose the three winners based on a combination of social media engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted. Make sure to hold a sign saying “BACK AT IT+ date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!).

Make sure you have my app
Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "Back At It" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
Submit before & after photos
Submit before photos by Sunday, Sept. 18 and after photos by Sunday, Oct. 15. You'll find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
