About the challenge
We are COMMIT-ing to change this year. 2024 is the year of not giving up. We are training ourselves physically and mentally to be strong no matter what. We’re going to work harder and smarter. We are removing self-doubt and raising our confidence. Join us for a six-week COMMIT challenge, transform, and push yourself to be the person you want to be.
This six-week program is more than just a physical challenge! The COMMIT Challenge will help you shift your mindset and recognize what you are gaining rather than what you “lose”.
Programming Style:
It is a combined training that will strengthen and grow lean muscles, burn fat, advance cardio endurance and improve your heart health. These workouts will have you feeling your absolute best.

🥇 How to win

I will choose the three winners based on a combination of social media engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted. Make sure to hold a sign saying “COMMIT + date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!).

Share your journey in my new in-app community and private Facebook group. Meet other #trainwithaubrie participants, engage in motivational tips, and be a part of the amazing community.

✍️ How to enter
Make sure you have my app
Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "COMMIT” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
Submit before & after photos
Submit before photos by Monday Jan 8th, and after photos by Sunday, Feb 18th. You'll find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
