Welcome to the POWER UP CHALLENGE!

I am so excited for this challenge starting September 19th! After summer I think we’re all ready for a little more routine, and this challenge will give you that! :100: This challenge will help you take your fitness to the next level! :clapping_hands::tone_medium: The focus will be on progressive overload, so we're going to challenge the body and musculoskeletal system to get stronger through a gradual increase of reps, weight, and/or frequency of lifts in our workouts. It will also incorporate HIIT and cardio to shred that overall body fat. This combo together is fire :fire: and the best way to see results! Get ready you guys!! This challenge is going to be the best one yet. Keep an eye out for workouts, which will be released weekly starting September 19th! Let's get it team!

✍️ How to enter

1.

Submit before and after photos

Submit a BEFORE picture no later than Friday, September 23rd with a sign that says "POWER UP - Before". Make sure to submit front, back & side photos in good lighting, against a solid background (no mirror selfies)! At the end of the challenge, submit an AFTER picture by Friday, November 4th with a sign that says "POWER UP- After".

Make sure you have my app

Download the app to access the "Power Up" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
