About the challenge

Welcome to the SUMMER SWEAT challenge!

Over the course of 4 weeks you will receive 5 workouts per week, 20 total. The workouts are each 45-70 minutes. There is a home and gym program and if you need to bounce back and forth between the two, you are welcome to! They will both be similar. This program will challenge your endurance and strength. We will incorporate weight training, HIIT and interval training.

At-home program, you will need:
Set of dumbbells
Resistance bands
Stability ball
Bench or chair

Your reps and or time will be increased week by week. Try and go up in weight each week to push yourself. Make sure to focus on form to get the most out of each movement and try to finish the entire workout! I promise YOU CAN!!

🥇 How to win

  • I will choose the three winners based on a combination of social media engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted. Make sure to hold a sign saying “SUMMER SWEAT + date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!).

  • Share your journey in the private Facebook group. Meet other #trainwithaubrie participants, engage in motivational tips, and be a part of the amazing community.

  • Lastly, download the challenge graphic (after you sign up) and share it on social using the hashtag #SummerSweatChallenge, so I can see how you’re doing throughout the challenge!

✍️ How to enter

Make sure you have my app

Download the app to access the "Summer Sweat" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

2.

Submit before & after photos

Submit before photos by Monday, May 1st, and after photos by Monday, May 29th. You'll find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
