About the challenge

It’s known that, as women, we hold onto stress and emotions in our hips. This challenge will allow you to let that shit go and start 2022 with a clear mindset, feeling strong and empowered. I can’t wait to spend the first part of our year together, gaining confidence and being a part of something bigger: bettering ourselves and connecting with our femininity. This 2 Week Challenge will focus on:
  • Opening our hips (hip stretches)
  • Strengthening (hip workouts)
  • “Release trauma” (hip shaking/dancing)

    Download my app to access the "Happy Hips” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the "Happy Hips" challenge in the Workout section of the app!

    Take a BEFORE picture by January 3rd with a sign that says your 2022 health goal. If you’re not comfortable being in the picture, you can just take a picture of your sign with your health goal.

    At the end of the challenge, submit an AFTER picture before Jan 20th, with a sign that says something you love about yourself. If you’re not comfortable being in the picture, you can just take a picture of your sign of what you’ve gained from the challenge and what you love about yourself.
