Meet Brooke Leach
I started my fitness journey over 5 years ago but the first two years consisted of a lot of trial and error. If I would have had more guidance at the beginning of my journey, I would have saved a lot of wasted time and started seeing progress way sooner. I’ve learned so much along the way and my goal is to share my knowledge to help others along their journey as well. Lifting has given me a form of confidence I’ve never experienced before and it’s taught me that you’re capable of so much more than you think.
