Meet Bryanna Williams
I used to struggle with body image issues, depression, and anxiety. I found that through fitness I was able to move myself into a much happier state of being. Not only did I find confidence in my appearance, but I am happy on the inside as well! I have been lifting weights for over 6 years and studied Kinesiology, also known as exercise science. I hope to share my knowledge and passion for fitness, while helping others reach their dream bodies through exercise.
