This challenge is a 6 week program with workouts, recipes, journal entries, a community board & weekly checklists to keep you accountable & motivated for the New Year!! The goal is to help you create a MAINTAINABLE LIFESTYLE that you can carry with you throughout the year. The gym program will focus on strength & the Home program will be a mix of bodyweight low impact movements, dumbbell exercise, and cardio exercises! You can stick to one or switch back and forth between the two as you wish! As an extra little incentive, there will be 2 prizes at the end filled with my favorite wellness goodies!

No! There are so many programs on here made for just at-home workouts! A gym would only be required for the Gym-based programs!
