Meet Cameron Grace
Growing up I was a very active kid, I took part in soccer, softball, tumbling, field hockey, and cheerleading and loved it all! Unfortunately, my sophomore year of high school I became very insecure and started to lose a lot of weight/restrict my eating (about the same time I got my first gym membership around 3 years ago). After getting into weight lifting, I fell in love with the activity! From there, I worked hard to fix my mindset and started to do more in-depth research on nutrition and lifting. I dedicate my entire life to fitness now and want to spread all of the things I’ve learned on my journey (both fitness and mental health related) with you guys!
