About the challenge

Find accountability with fitness this Fall by building a consistent workout routine in the gym, training hard, and making it a LIFESTYLE!

We designed our FIT 4 FALL Challenge to help you feel strong, healthy, and confident as the summer ends and the cooler season begins. With two lower body days, two upper body days, and one optional cardio day, you'll hit every muscle group with confidence.

Have a busy schedule like us? These workouts are only 45 minutes long, and include substitutions for at-home workouts with limited equipment.

Note, fitness journeys are just as much about internal growth as they are external, so we are not just looking for physical results here!

We will choose winners based on overall engagement from the following:

  • Submit before & after photos! Photos are optional but a GREAT way to track your progress!

  • Set a goal for the challenge & leave a testimonial when the challenge is over!

  • Complete the weekly scheduled workouts and leave a comment in the app each time you complete your workout.

  • Share at least 1 story per week on Instagram and tag us @thecavindertwins so we can cheer you on throughout the challenge. DON'T FORGET to tag us!

  • Engage with the App community by encouraging others and sharing your wins!

✍️ How to enter

Download the TWOGETHER app & sign up for the challenge

If you are brand new... DOWNLOAD the app to get access to the "Fit 4 Fall” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit your before-after photos & your goals through the signup link (linked in our app in the challenge program), and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge. Workouts drop on 9/26!

Submit your before photo & goals

SUBMIT an optional before photo and your goals prior to the start date, 9/26.
