About the challenge
Get game ready with PRE-SEASON, a 4 week challenge designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence. Just in time for summer and your upcoming sports season.
This 5 day a week program focuses on full body training with an emphasis on lower body and glute strength, plus cardio sessions to boost your athleticism. Whether you're a basketball player like us or just looking to level up your fitness, PRE-SEASON will push you to train like an athlete and show up stronger than ever.

Note, fitness journeys are just as much about internal growth as they are external, so we are not just looking for physical results here!
We will choose winners based on overall engagement from the following:

Submit before & after photos! Photos are optional but a GREAT way to track your progress!

Set a goal for the challenge & leave a testimonial when the challenge is over!

Complete the weekly scheduled workouts and leave a comment in the app each time you complete your workout.

Subscribe to our app
If you are brand new, download our app to get access to the "PRE-SEASON" challenge! If you already have our app, just make sure you have access to the "PRE-SEASON" program.
Register for challenge
Once you're in our app, find "PRE-SEASON CHALLENGE" and tap "Register now". Then watch & read the challenge intro to make sure you officially register correctly.
Share your journey

Submit your after photo
