How to take before & after pictures
*** PHOTO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CASH PRIZES ***

All photos must be taken in front of a plain white wall with good lighting, and NO visible distractions in the photo (no pictures, paintings, curtains, visible distractions, etc.).

Must wear a black bikini top and bottom OR sports bra and shorts. ONLY BLACK COLOR CLOTHING IS ACCEPTED.

Must WEAR THE SAME TOP AND BOTTOM in your before & after pictures in order to see clear changes in your 4-week transformation.

Photos must be taken as a full body picture with your arms up showing the front, back, and side of your body. DO NOT cut off your face, legs, feet, or arms in the photos; if so, you will automatically be disqualified.

ARMS MUST BE UP in each full-body picture.

For after photos, DO NOT TRY TO FLEX, SUCK IN, or do anything different than your pose in your before photos. If so, you will automatically be disqualified.
🥇 How to win

I will be choosing 3 winners based on overall progress (muscle gain, fat loss, etc.) from before & after pictures that are submitted. In addition to engagement in the Facebook group and Instagram throughout the entire length of the challenge.
