How to take before & after pictures

*** PHOTO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CASH PRIZES ***

    All photos must be taken in front of a plain white wall with good lighting, and NO visible distractions in the photo (no pictures, paintings, curtains, visible distractions, etc.).

    Must wear a black bikini top and bottom OR sports bra and shorts. ONLY BLACK COLOR CLOTHING IS ACCEPTED.

  • 3

    Must WEAR THE SAME TOP AND BOTTOM in your before & after pictures in order to see clear changes in your 4-week transformation.

    Photos must be taken as a full body picture with your arms up showing the front, back, and side of your body. DO NOT cut off your face, legs, feet, or arms in the photos; if so, you will automatically be disqualified.

  • 5

    ARMS MUST BE UP in each full-body picture.

  • 6

    For after photos, DO NOT TRY TO FLEX, SUCK IN, or do anything different than your pose in your before photos. If so, you will automatically be disqualified.

🥇 How to win

  • I will be choosing 3 winners based on overall progress (muscle gain, fat loss, etc.) from before & after pictures that are submitted. In addition to engagement in the Facebook group and Instagram throughout the entire length of the challenge.

  • Download the graphic (provided after you sign up) and share it on your socials by tagging me @chaneldelisser and using the hashtag #cocofitnessbodygoalschallenge

  • Make sure to use this graphic and hashtag so I can see your progress and encourage you throughout the challenge. It’s important not to skip this step!

✍️ How to enter

Submit a before photo

Take a BEFORE picture and submit your photo no later than Monday, October 17th! You must follow the rules on “How to take before & after pictures” in order to be considered as one of the challenge winners. Follow the exact directions above for a chance to win the $1000 cash prize + more!

Download my app

To be eligible for the grand prizes, download my app to access the Body Goals challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before and after photos accordingly, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the "Workout" section of the app!

Keep me updated with your progress

Make sure to join the Facebook community group along with thousands of other ladies who hold each other accountable, and will help keep you motivated over the next 4 weeks. Follow and tag me on Instagram using the hashtag #cocofitnessbodygoalschallenge so that I can encourage you along the way!

Submit an after photo

Take an AFTER picture and submit your photo no later than Friday Nov. 18! You must follow the rules on “How to take before & after pictures” in order to be considered as one of the challenge winners.
