Meet Charles Griffen

I’m Charles Griffen. IFBB Pro bodybuilder/Olympian, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and a big teddy bear. I found fitness then bodybuilding after the passing of my mother. I feel she gave her life to give me life, that’s my purpose. Now, I am excited to bring my training directly to you.
