About the challenge

Rising Up: Handstands is a 31-day program for anyone working toward adding handstands into their practice. Whether you’re just beginning or hoping to gain longer holds, this program is designed to help you get there safely. We will start on the wall with basics and each day we will strengthen and condition ourselves to stay up longer through stabilization, fundamentals, and drills. Get ready to get upside down using some of my favorite tricks, personal ‘ah-ha’ moments, and all the instructional drills!
