Meet Chloe Trca
Hi everyone, it’s Chloe! I’m an NFPT-certified personal trainer. I’m also a full-time college student, studying marketing at the University of Iowa! I’ve been an athlete my entire life, I played softball, soccer, and volleyball, and competed in all-star cheerleading up until high school (2015), that’s when I fell in love with the track. I joined a training group to train in the off-season and that’s where it clicked for me. I learned so much about the importance of nutrition, training, resting, etc! I fell in love with the process of it all and that’s where my love built into a passion. Incorporating fitness into my life has been nothing but positive. It’s given me a new level of confidence. It’s helped me develop goals to strive for while giving me more energy throughout the day, more strength, independence, and an even more positive outlook on life.
