About the challenge
Get fit BEFORE Spring Break! This 4 week challenge is designed to push you with your workouts and nutrition, so that you go in to your Spring Break holiday feeling fitter and leaner than ever! This 4 week program has 4 workouts per week. The workouts are broken down in to 2 full body strength days, 1 core + cardio burn day and 1 HIIT day.
I have daily actions for you to complete to help keep you accountable and active throughout the challenge. You will be accountable for these daily goals:
🍎 Getting in a serving of fruit and a serving of veggies daily
💧 Getting 100 oz of water
🚶♀️ A daily walk of at least 30 minutes
📔 Daily gratitude journaling
