About the challenge

By strategically combining a variety of core & HIIT workouts, my ‘Claire's Core Challenge’ is designed to help define & strengthen your abs, while burning stubborn body fat. Now, I’m going to be honest. 6 weeks is not enough time to acquire a set of sizzling, sculpted abs. However, when you complete this Challenge, you will be six weeks closer to a six pack & you will have the momentum & the support to keep pushing you towards your goals! The workouts in this challenge are quick & effective & meant to be done in addition to your existing training plan. When you download my CPT Fit App, you’ll have access to my home & gym total body training programs, which you can choose to do alongside this Core Challenge. If you’re currently following a different program, you can continue it & simply add my Core Challenge workouts to your daily routine.
  • Each week you will have 3 core workouts and 2 HIIT workouts, which can be completed from home or the gym. If an exercise requires a piece of equipment (for example: a pull up bar) and you do not have access to one, I have also provided an alternative exercise.
  • Whether you are a beginner or highly advanced, this challenge is for you! Exercise modifications are included for all advanced moves & you can always message me in the app if you need help adjusting anything! You do NOT need to follow the workouts to a T to be eligible for prizes.
  • I will be beside you every step of the way, communicating, answering questions & sharing daily tips, videos & giveaways in our exclusive Facebook community.

It’s true, abs are sculpted in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. The single most important tool that you need to develop your abs is proper nutrition.     Download my CPT Fit App to access my “Claire's Core Challenge.” You’ll also have access to my other training programs, recipes guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, you’ll automatically have access to the challenge, but you will still need to submit your before/after photos.
