About the Challenge

By strategically combining a variety of core & HIIT workouts, my 6 week long ‘Claire's Core Challenge’ has helped thousands of people define & strengthen their abs, while burning stubborn body fat! The workouts in this challenge are quick & effective & meant to be done in addition to your existing training plan. No equipment is necessary, so you can crush these workouts from home, the gym, the outdoors or even while traveling on the road, like me. When you sign up & download my CPT Fit App, you’ll additionally have access to all of my other home & gym training programs, which pair perfectly with this Core Challenge. If you’re currently following a different program, you can continue it & simply add my Core Challenge workouts to your daily routine.

About the Challenge

  • Each week you will have 3 core workouts and 2 HIIT workouts, which can be completed from home or the gym. If an exercise requires a piece of equipment (for example: a pull up bar) and you do not have access to one, I have also provided an alternative exercise.

  • Whether you are a beginner or highly advanced, this challenge is for you! Exercise modifications are included for all advanced moves & you can always message me in the app if you need help adjusting anything! You do NOT need to follow the workouts to a T to be eligible for prizes.

  • I will be beside you every step of the way, communicating, answering questions & sharing daily tips, videos & giveaways in our exclusive Facebook community.

It’s true, abs are sculpted in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. The single most important tool that you need to develop your abs is proper nutrition. This is why, in my CPT Fit App, you will also find all my nutrition tips, healthy recipes, grocery lists, a supplement guide & more! When you approach your diet with the same level of effort and discipline you bring to your workouts you’ll start to see all your hard work truly pay off!

✍️ How to enter

Submit before and after photos

To be eligible to win the grand prize, please submit “before” photos no later then August 7th. This is optional if you simply wish to participate. After photos will be due September 18th.

Make sure you have my app

Download my CPT Fit App to access my “Claire's Core Challenge.” You’ll also have access to my other training programs, recipes guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, you’ll automatically have access to the challenge, but you will still need to submit your before/after photos.
