About the challenge

Each week you will have 3 core workouts & 2 HIIT workouts, which can be completed from home or the gym. If an exercise requires a piece of equipment (for example: a pull up bar) and you do not have access to one, I have also provided an alternative exercise.

Whether you are a beginner or highly advanced, this challenge is for you! Exercise modifications are included for all advanced moves & if you are an app subscriber, you can always message me in the app if you need help adjusting anything! You do NOT need to follow the workouts to a T to be eligible for prizes.

How to enter
Sign up & download the app
Sign up for the challenge on this page & then download my CPT Fit App to access my “Claire's Core Challenge.” If you already have the CPT Fit app, you will still need to sign up for the challenge to enter to win prizes.
Submit before and after photos
To be eligible to win the grand prize, please submit “before” photos no later than May 15th. This is optional if you simply wish to participate. After photos will be due July 2nd.
