No matter what your goals or where you are at in your fitness journey, EVERYONE and ANYONE WORLDWIDE can participate in this challenge. We will have 3 different categories in this transformation:

Weight Loss: This category is for someone new to fitness and just starting a dramatic weight loss journey.

Total Body Recomp: This is where most people fall. This category is if your goal is to dramatically transform and recomp your body by losing weight and also gaining lean muscle mass.

Shred: This category is for you if you are in-shape (but not comp shape) and looking to really test your body and get shredded or the leanest you’ve ever been.

HOW TO ENTER & WIN:

Be consistent!! I always say you don’t need the motivation to do the work; you just need discipline. Discipline will get you to the finish line. You will learn a lot about yourself in the next 8 weeks.

Here’s how to get in:

    Sign up for the DLB Daily App (just $7/month).

    Register for the Fall Challenge inside the app and submit your BEFORE photos by no later than Friday, SEPTEMBER 26th.

    Follow the workouts of your choice (gym, home, or any program in the app).

  • 4

    Use the DLBdaily nutrition guide + meal plans to fuel your transformation.

  • 5

    Tune into the weekly live calls for accountability and also answer questions along your journey

    Build your routine, stay focused on your goal and stay consistent for these 8 weeks.

    Final submission photos are due no later than Monday, NOVEMBER 17th. Tap "COMPLETE" in the program to submit after photos along with a side by side before/after for the final submissions (you'll be prompted to do so in the app!).
