About the Challenge

TWD 30x30 is your chance to jumpstart your fitness routine ahead of the holiday season craziness! This challenge will run for 30 days straight with a 30 minute activity for each day. Not only will there be consistent gym workouts, but Danny will also guide you through cardio sessions, motivational chats, and even stretching/recovery instruction. This is the perfect challenge for beginners and if you’re more advanced, makes an excellent addition to your existing routine. Challenge starts Monday, Oct. 10 and ends Tuesday, Nov. 8.

How to enter

Sign up & submit before/after photos

Sign up for the challenge on this page. Then, submit a BEFORE picture no later than Friday, Oct. 14th holding a sign that says "TWD30x30 (+date)”. Make sure to submit your AFTER picture by Monday, Nov. 14th with a sign that says “TWD30x30 (+date)”.

Download the app

Download the app to access the "TWD30x30" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

Message Danny

Message Danny directly in the app with any questions, and leave any comments/questions after your workouts. Follow and tag him on IG so he can see your journey using the hashtag #TWD30x30
