Danny's New Year, Same You Challenge
SURPRISE! ...and CONGRATULATIONS!
Congrats on completing the 4-week New Year, Same You Challenge! I am so proud of all of you who showed up, committed to yourselves in January, stuck with it and encouraged your fellow participants in the facebook group! So...as a little surprise, I've decided to add an *optional* TWO MORE WEEKS to the program if you're feeling like you have a little more gas left in your tank, and want to take it one step further! I completely understand if you and your body need a little break, but want to encourage you all to keep going! Listen to your bodies, take an extra few days, recover, relax, and then come join us for the bonus two weeks and finish out this challenge the strongest YOU've ever been!
That being said, I've opened up submissions for final entries, and will leave them open through Feb 17th. Photos are optional, but I encourage you all to please submit a testimonial letting me know how you're feeling after the challenge, how your journey was, and what you'd love to see and work on for the rest of the year!
CONGRATS TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU AGAIN for your commitment to yourself and this challenge - I love you all! What an awesome way to kick off 2023, and I can't wait to share everything I have in store for you this year! Let's keep it movin' folks!

To be eligible for one of the grand prizes, make sure to submit your before photo by Monday, January 9, and your after photo no later than Sunday February 19.

Sign up & download my app
Sign up on this page and then download the app to access the "New Year, Same You" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos — you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
Submit before and after photos
Submit a BEFORE picture no later than Monday, January 9 with a sign that says "New Year, Same Me (+date)”. Make sure to submit your AFTER picture by Sunday, February 19 with a sign that says “New Year, Same Me (+date)”
