Three with TWD Part 2
The goal for this challenge is to be consistent and challenge your body in different ways.
Welcome everyone! We’re back with our next Three (a week) with TWD, 6 week Challenge. For this challenge you have a total of 18 workouts over the course of 6 weeks. Each week will have a different focus (strength, metabolic, glutes, core, etc).
- I will launch each week, one at a time (😃 I want to keep you on your toes).
- There will be 3 workouts a week.
- Ideally I would want you to set it up so that you complete a workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- For the days in between you can pick something from within my app or do yoga, Pilates, or go for a long walk.

Submit a before photo using the button below by Sunday, Oct. 17th holding a sign that reads “Before, 3 with TWD Challenge” and the date
Download my app to access the challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the 3 with TWD 2.0 Challenge in the Workout section of the app!
