About the challenge

Join me for PROJECT YOU: 6 Weeks to create 6 new habits and stay consistent this summer.

Over the course of 6 weeks, we're building more than just physical strength – we're reshaping your entire approach to wellness and personal growth.

This isn't just another fitness challenge. We're going to build a foundation for a lifestyle transformation, one habit at a time. Each week, you'll layer on a new habit using proven habit-stacking techniques.

Our habits:

☑️ Week 1: Daily movement - 7k steps per day

☑️ Week 2: Hitting protein every day

☑️ Week 3: Hydration - 100z. per day

☑️ Week 4: Gratitude every morning

☑️ Week 5: Prep for the following day - every day

☑️ Week 6: Learn something every day: podcast, 10 pages of a book

By the end of the challenge, you won't just look different – you'll think differently, feel different, and live different. Six weeks. Six habits. One completely transformed you.

Sign up for the Challenge

Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "PROJECT YOU” challenge!

If you are already in my app, you’ll automatically have access to the challenge sign up in the workout section of the app! Look for the program bubble that says "PROJECT YOU". Registration for the challenge will be in there and I will have videos explaining what to do next!

Submit your photos & goals

Submit your OPTIONAL before & after photos and your challenge goals! Submitting progress photos is totally optional but a fun way to track your progress.

3.

Participate in engagement

Complete all 6 weeks of the PROJECT YOU Challenge and share your wins with me along the way! Leave my workouts reviews in the app, tag me on Instagram @fiftyfitnessjourney, and share your journey in the app community!!
