Meet Diego Rivano
My name is Diego Rivano. I was born in Santiago, Chile. I have been training since 2009 and my story of change began after struggling with my weight during my childhood which motivated me to make a change and improve my physic and have a healthier lifestyle. Like any beginner I learned by myself and based on mistakes, I designed the best way to work out and eat that gave me the optimum results. Although I was involved in sports from a very young age, I learned the value of discipline and perseverance, which are fundamental for any long term results, and at the same time, I became a source of motivation for many people on social media which led me to share my knowledge and experience through this app to help as many people as possible to archive their goals.
