About the challenge

Your goal is to commit to improving your health for 14 days straight — I know you can do it! This 2-week challenge is the perfect way to focus on your fitness and health as we go into the end of the year. My goal is to help you focus on creating healthy habits that will help you thrive as you enter a new season and enjoy the holidays. You can expect a 2 week workout plan that consists of strength training mixed with HIIT & cardio to help your body and mind transform. I’ll also be providing shorter workouts in case you aren’t able to get your full 45-65 minute workout in. I’ll provide bonus nutrition content so you can meal prep if desired. I’ll share some healthy recipes for you to try throughout the two weeks. You can even look forward to some mindset coaching to help you develop a mindset to help you thrive on your health and wellness journey. And lastly, you’ll have community support from other challengers and the ability to contact me through the app any time. I’ll be engaging with you exclusively through in-app stories and in the Facebook community.

Sign up and download the app

Sign up on this page and then download my Katoa Fitness App to access the challenge. You’ll also have access to my other training programs, recipes guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, you’ll automatically have access to the challenge, but you will still need to submit your before/after photos.

Submit before and after photos

To be eligible to win prizes, submit your before photos no later than Thurs October 27th. Click the button below for further photo instructions and to submit them. Submit your after photos by November 12.
