Join my “Keep Showing Up Challenge.” It’s all about making a daily commitment to your health and fitness so you can show up stronger for what matters most in your life.This challenge is all about establishing healthy habits that will set you up to thrive. Over six weeks, we're focusing on building lasting wellness routines, not just quick fixes.

We'll dive into workouts that build muscle, boost strength, and leave you feeling your absolute best. And it's not just about exercise – you'll also get access to my nutrition guide, complete with high protein meal plans and tasty recipes to fuel your body right.

But we're not stopping at the gym and the kitchen. Together, we'll work on cultivating a positive mindset and habits improve your relationship to nutrition and exercise.

📸 How to take before & after photos

Please be sure to follow the below instructions when submitting your before & after photos.

    Wear the same clothing for your before and afters and use the same poses of front, back and side.

  • 2

    Take the photos with the same background and preferably with the same (good) lighting.

  • 3

    Take the photos with the same distance from the camera and take the photos head on.

  • 4

    Make sure full body is visible.

  • 5

    Recommended attire: sports bra (or shirtless for men) and shorts.

    Front & Back: Arms straight out to the sides in a T.

  • 7

    Side photo: Arms straight in front of you, parallel to the floor.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then make sure you download the app. If you're already an app subscriber, you'll have access to the challenge automatically — but make sure you still sign up here in order to be eligible for the grand prizes

Submit before photo & goal:

Submit before photo & Goal: Submit your before photos no later than January 10th. I won’t share any before/after photos without your permission, and feel free to crop your face out if that makes you more comfortable!
