Ready to transform and strengthen your body and mindset, boost your endurance, and feel your healthiest for the summer ahead? Rise up to you potential and jump in. This five-week program is your ticket to unlocking your full potential, one day at a time.

Run a 5K or 10K at the end of the Challenge with the Katoa Fitness Community! Through a carefully crafted blend of strength training and a progressive walk/run program, you'll push your boundaries, discovering newfound strength and resilience within yourself.

Fear not if you're new to running – our walk/run program is designed to ease you into it, ensuring inclusivity for all fitness levels. By the end of the challenge, you'll be amazed at the strides you've made, both physically and mentally. But this challenge isn't just about exercise; it's a holistic approach to wellness.

Gain access to a comprehensive nutrition guide, featuring high-protein meal plans and delectable recipes to nourish your body from within.

📸 How to take before & after photos

Please be sure to follow the below instructions when submitting your before & after photos.

    Wear the same clothing for your before and afters and use the same poses of front, back and side.

  • 2

    Take the photos with the same background and preferably with the same (good) lighting.

  • 3

    Take the photos with the same distance from the camera and take the photos head on.

  • 4

    Make sure full body is visible.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then make sure you download the app. If you're already an app subscriber, you'll have access to the challenge automatically — but make sure you still sign up here in order to be eligible for the grand prizes

Submit before photo & goal:

Submit your before photos no later than Sunday, April 21st. I won’t share any before/after photos without your permission, and feel free to crop your face out if that makes you more comfortable!

Join my new in-app community:

Engage with me and fellow participants to support and to cheer each other on. Follow me on Instagram and tag me in your journey @elizakatoa_fit.

4.

Submit your after photos & testimonial:

Submit your after photos no later than Sunday May 26th. Don’t forget to leave a testimonial and let me know how you’re feeling at the end!
