About the challenge

Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here! This Fall HIIT challenge starts on October 24 and is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season and I can’t wait for you to join. This challenge is 4 weeks of high intensity workouts to push your fitness to the max!

We will have 4 weeks of HIIT workouts, 4 days per week. We highly recommend combining these short, yet efficient, full-body HIIT workouts with the weightlifting portion of the Daily Burn workouts or any weightlifting portion of any of our programs that fits your lifestyle the best (i.e. At Home Program, Progressive Overload, etc.). Don’t forget to work your abs consistently throughout the challenge by utilizing the Ab Program, as well as calculating your macros with our macro calculator.

Make sure to read through all supplemental guides listed under “Insights” so that you can start the challenge with all of the knowledge of WHY we’re doing what we’re doing over the next 4 weeks. These workouts the next 4 weeks are designed to be challenging, yet maintainable, so that you can enter into the holiday season feeling like your best self! Let’s do this!

Sign up & download the app

Download the app to access the challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the program in the workout section of the app! Note: This program will replace the “Daily Burn” section during the challenge.

Submit before and after photos

Take the BEFORE picture no later than October 28 ad submit when you sign up. At the end of the challenge, submit your AFTER picture by November 27.
