About the challenge

Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here! This Summer Shred 2.0 Challenge starts on Monday May 22nd, and is the perfect way to get in shape for summer and I can’t wait for you to join. This challenge is 6 weeks of focusing on your fitness and health by completing the dedicated weight lifting and cardio workouts, counting your macros, and becoming the best version of yourself (inside and out!). There will be 6 weeks of workouts with 1 rest day each week. Don’t forget to work your abs consistently throughout the challenge by utilizing the Ab Program, as well as calculating your macros with our macro calculator.

If you want to choose another program of ours for this challenge, feel free to do so (i.e. At Home Programs or Prenatal Program). Make sure to read through all supplemental guides listed under “Extras” so that you can start the challenge with all of the knowledge of WHY we’re doing what we’re doing over the next 6 weeks. These workouts the next 6 weeks are designed to be challenging yet maintainable so that you can enter the summer feeling like your best self! Let’s do this!

✍️ How to enter

Sign up & download my app

Download the app to access the "Summer Shred 2.0" program (first 7 days are FREE)! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access program in the workout section of the app!

2.

Submit before and after photos

Take a BEFORE picture no later than FRIDAY May 26th and submit below! At the end of the challenge, take and submit an AFTER picture by SUNDAY, July 9th.
