Welcome to the only detox I believe in! The detox from diet culture! This 6-week challenge is not only about the physical challenge you will go through. I aim to challenge you holistically! Your mindset, your perspective, and the way you view and relate to fitness altogether. This is not your traditional fitness challenge. While I will cheer loudly for the physical changes you DO make, I will cheer just as loudly for the intrinsic and internal changes! Your confidence, gym awareness, consistency, and overall outlook matters more to me than your physical progress. I am so honored to be working alongside you for the next 6 weeks. Let’s get it fam!
