Hannah Bower Foundational Fitness Challenge
About the challenge
This program was created by input from my amazing community! Many wanted a next step program to kickstart a solid foundation on the basics of lifting: pushing and pulling.
This program is a foundational lifting program designed to begin to build and grow skill and strength in deadlifts, squats, push-ups, and pull-ups. Of course there will be other super fun and spicy elements and movements to compliment these pillars of fitness to keep the workouts exciting and engaging. This program is for anyone who wants to get comfortable with these foundational movements or to get stronger and more confident in their form.
To balance out the strength work, there will also be an optional cardio workout each week, but don’t worry, I found a way to make this engaging! There is something for everyone in this challenge!
How to Take Before & After Pictures

Please be sure to wear the same clothing for your before and afters and use the same poses of front, back and side.

Please be sure to take the photos with the same background and preferably with the same lighting.

Please be sure to take the photos with the same distance from the camera and take the photos head on.
