Meet Jasmin Lopez
Hi I’m Jasmin Lopez and welcome to my page! I'm so excited to have you working out with me! I got into fitness 7 years ago when I started Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and it helped me lose weight, tone up, and boost my confidence. I want to share the change and development I experienced with other people. For the last couple years I have been training as a Muay Thai Fighter and have been teaching beginners the techniques and exercises that come with the sport. I have a very positive and motivating outlook and I want to share the ways in which Muay Thai has helped me grow into a stronger and more confident woman. Martial Arts is a great way to lose weight and improve your overall fitness while having fun! All the workouts I will be sharing can be done anywhere and will not require any equipment. If you want to get fit and learn a combat sport then these workouts are definitely for you!
