The 6 week SHRED challenge is a full body, dumbbell and bodyweight program that will put you on the fast track to gaining functional strength, building muscle and shredding that unwanted body fat!

The workouts are fast and effective with each training session ranging from 30-45 minutes so you won’t be spending all day in the gym. Minimal equipment is needed for the challenge! You will only need a couple pairs of dumbbells and can do the workouts from the comfort of your own home or at the gym.

About the challenge

  • Once you sign up for the SHRED challenge, you will get lifetime access to the easy to follow 6 week shred workout program, lifetime access to my detailed 6 week shred meal plan with 30+ delicious recipes, lifetime access to the shred challenge community, and direct communication with me and the entire Facebook community. I will be with you every step of the way!

  • Each week will consist of 4 dumbbell workouts and 2 active recovery bodyweight workouts. You will only need a couple pairs of dumbbells for the challenge. A pair of lighter and a pair of heavier dumbbells. If you have access to more dumbbells that’s even better but not necessary! You will have everything you need from killer workouts to dialed in nutrition to get the best results possible and win some prizes!

  • Whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete, you can join and complete the SHRED challenge. If you need to modify exercises for any reason, there will be exercise modifications inside the program. If you need help with anything throughout the challenge you can ask questions in the JTM FIT community. This challenge is going to be fun!
