What to expect from the challenge
Once you sign up for the 8-Week Kettlebell Transformation Challenge, you will get LIFETIME access to my BRAND NEW, easy-to-follow, 8-week full-body kettlebell workout program on the app, LIFETIME ACCESS to my 7-day shred meal guide, access to the kettlebell transformation challenge community, and direct communication with me. You will be side-by-side with everyone doing the challenge to support and motivate each other through the entire 8 weeks!
Each week will consist of 4 kettlebell workouts and 2 active recovery body weight workouts. You will only need at the very least 2 pairs of kettlebells for the challenge — a lighter pair and a heavier pair. If you have access to even more kettlebells, that’s even better but not necessary! You will have everything you need from a killer full body program to a detailed nutrition guide and resources to get the best results possible and win some prizes!
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete, you can join and complete the 8-Week Kettlebell Transformation Challenge. If you need to modify exercises/workouts for any reason, there will be exercise modifications inside the program. If you need help modifying anything you can also ask those questions the JTM FIT community and get answers.

The workouts are for all skill levels. Whether you’re newer to working out, or really advanced, this challenge is for you. There are easy to follow exercise demonstrations along with written instructions including ways to modify exercises for those that need too.
You will need access to at least 2 pairs of kettlebells. One lighter and one heavier pair. If you have access to more kettlebells at different weights that’s better, but not necessary.
The workouts are all roughly 45 minutes long with 6 total workouts per week.
