The 8-Week Kettlebell Transformation Challenge is a full-body, kettlebell and bodyweight program that will put you on the fast track to gaining functional strength, building muscle, and shredding that unwanted body fat using just a few pairs of kettlebells!

What to expect from the challenge

Once you sign up for the 8-Week Kettlebell Transformation Challenge, you will get access my BRAND NEW, easy-to-follow, 8-week full-body kettlebell workout program on the app, lifetime access to my 7-day shred meal guide, access to the kettlebell transformation challenge community, and direct communication with me and the entire Facebook community. You will be side-by-side with everyone doing the challenge to support and motivate each other through the entire 8 weeks!

Each week will consist of 4 kettlebell workouts and 2 active recovery bodyweight workouts. You will only need a few kettlebells for the challenge. A lighter kettlebell, a medium, and a heavier kettlebell. If you have access to even more kettlebells, that’s even better but not necessary! You will have everything you need from killer workouts to dialed in nutrition to get the best results possible and win some prizes!

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete, you can join and complete the 8-Week Kettlebell Transformation Challenge. If you need to modify exercises/workouts for any reason, there will be exercise modifications inside the program. If you need help modifying anything you can ask questions the JTM FIT community. Sign up for the challenge on this page and then purchase and download my app to access. If you are already an app subscriber, you will have access to the challenge automatically, but don't forget to still sign up on this page to be eligible for prizes.

Submit before/after photos & join the community

During the sign-up process, you will submit your starting photos and join the private challenge community. Your photos/posts and active involvement in this exclusive online community will be key factors in deciding the overall winner and weekly prize winners of the kettlebell challenge. Before photos are due 6/16. After photos are due 8/10.
