About the challenge

This challenge is for anyone who is tired of their flat, droopy butt and wants to get serious doing something about it!

Whether you have always had a flat bum, developed one after having kids, or are noticing that gravity is taking a toll as the years go by, you are not doomed to eternal pancake butt land.

This challenge is also for anyone who may struggle with basic hip hinging skills like deadlifts and especially for people (like me) who struggle to target the glutes with traditional strength training methods.

I once didn’t think this type of change was possible, but have since learned that anyone can grow their glutes and feel better in their body with consistent work and the right program... This is THAT PROGRAM!

What to Expect

  • 8 Week Challenge - I know this seems long, but stick with me! If this was a quick and easy fix, it would be a quick and easy fix. Take the time to form a new habit and I promise it will pay off!

    Time commitment: 4 days of 30 minute sessions with optional 2 days of 20 minute sessions.

  • A Whole Body Approach - Get ready for your entire body (not just your butt) to look and feel different after this challenge! Butts tuck under for lots of reasons and this challenge will address the most common culprits. I’m personally excited to see all these postural changes!

  • Surprising Benefits - A tucked under butt can sometimes contribute to pain in other places. Take note of where you may feel pain or struggle with certain movements before the challenge and see how you feel and move differently after!

  • Minimal Equipment Needed - This challenge can 100% be done at home with very little equipment. I recommend 10-25lb dumbbells, a soft 6 inch ball and a yoga block.

I will choose 3 winners based on a combination of app & Instagram engagement and before & after pictures.

  • Share your before & after photos. While photos are optional, I will be taking them into account when choosing winners.

How to Submit Before & After Photos

  • To be eligible for one of the three grand prizes, make sure to submit before photos no later than September 20th and submit below! At the end of the challenge, take AFTER pictures and submit by November 17th.

  • NOTE: Photos are optional, as this challenge is about more than just your physical transformation! If you choose to take photos, you can also choose that they be kept private and not shared publicly.

  • Please show as much skin as you are comfortable. Obviously it is easier to see body changes when we can see your body, but it is not a requirement.

  • Please take a photo from the front, back and side views (both sides). Make sure your whole body from feet to head can be seen.

  • Please be sure to wear the same clothing for your before and after photos.

  • Please take photos with the same background before and after.

Sign up on this page and then make sure you download the app so you have access to the challenge. If you already have the app, you'll still need to sign up on this page.

Submit before & after photos

Submit before photos by Friday, September 20th, and after photos by Sunday, November 17th. You can also find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
