Join me for my 6-week challenge!
The Passing & 1st touch 6-week Challenge is designed to be a simple program to improve your passing & 1st touch & awareness skills. Complete 12 sessions in 6 weeks, 2 sessions a week, and you will have a chance to win awesome prizes. Minimal equipment is required here, all you need is access to a wall or rebounder. Every session can be done individually without the need for a training partner. Coach Lee Joner Jones will be leading follow-along detailed training sessions. Let's get to work!

Submit a video of your final session showcasing the improvement in your passing and 1st touch skills as your “after video” no later than Thursday, June 16th
