What To Expect

We should test ourselves daily.

This challenge takes that statement literally.

For 8 weeks you will be given the opportunity to perform a simple physically test that takes three minutes or less; designed to test a physical ability.

At the end of the week you can upload your results in this app and see how you stacked up.

Over the course of 8 weeks you will perform 10 different tests four times each in order to get undeniable proof of your progress.

This challenge offers far more than that however.

Each week features 5 workout days. There is a push day, a pull day, a leg day, a mobility/recovery day, and a total body day.

Each day also features an athletic portion that you can either do with the resistance training or as a separate workout.

These will be divided into METCON, cardio, linear speed, power, and agility.

At the end of 8 weeks, I guarantee that you will be leaner, stronger, more athletic and feel great.

This challenge offers the perfect blend of athletic movements, bodybuilding, mobility, speed, endurance and power.

The one who attacks it the hardest and shares their progress in the most unique way wins. And winners get spoils. There will be enough for a first, second, and third place finisher.

Click signup below to complete the form and submit your before photos (must be submitted before 6/14). After photos will be due by August 11th.

Make sure you're subscribed to my app. If you are a new subscriber, you will be taken to get a subscription after submitting your signup form. If you are already a subscriber, you'll automatically have access to the challenge. The workouts drop on 6/10.
