About the challenge

Join us, Juice & Toya, as we celebrate 5 years of our personal training business — One Body LA! Throughout these 5 years, we have had the opportunity of helping others reach their health and fitness goals, and lead them to living healthier lifestyles. OBLA has also led us to start our YouTube channel, which has helped hundreds of thousands of people along their health and fitness journeys.


Our goal with this challenge is to create a program that will help you to feel strong and confident. We want to create consistency with a routine that is realistic and maintainable. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. The workouts are designed to be between 20-45 minutes each day. The program is based on 5 days a week, with an optional 6th day, and consists of strength, HIIT, recovery and an end of the week challenge. We encourage you to join our facebook page to receive support, encouragement, and motivation from our Juice and Toya community. We will also be engaging with you on the app story, with live workouts and Q&A’s!


We will have TWO programs to choose from; one requires NO equipment and the other requires dumbbells. Both programs can be done at home, at the gym, or anywhere you have space to move your body. 🥇 How to win

  • To be eligible for the weekly prizes, we will be looking for engagement within the weekly newsletters, on the app, in our facebook community group, and throughout the workouts each day.

  • To be eligible for the grand prize, make sure to submit a "Before" photo by 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, October 24 with a sign that says "CELEBRATION CHALLENGE Before" using the button below. Submit an "After" photo by 5 m. PST on Friday, November18 with a sign that says "CELEBRATION CHALLENGE After". Plus, engage in the Facebook group, social media, workout comments, and newsletters for weekly prizes.


  • We will be choosing a grand prize winner based on transformation of any kind (muscle gain, fat loss, postural changes, etc.), as well as consistency and engagement throughout the challenge.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up starting October 12 (through October 24) on this page and download our app. If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the Workout section of the app!

Submit before & after photos

To be eligible for the grand prize, make sure to submit a "Before" photo by 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, October 24 with a sign that says "CELEBRATION CHALLENGE Before" using the button below. Submit an "After" photo by 5 m. PST on Friday, November18 with a sign that says "CELEBRATION CHALLENGE After".
